Site Administration

[p]This section describes the Site Administration interface in Lasso Professional Server including establishing site preferences, setting up datasources and hosts, setting up Lasso Security, and using site utilities. [/p]

• Chapter 11: Using Site Administration describes how to access the Site Administration interface, provices an overview of the different sections of the interface, and introduces the user interface conventions it employs.
• Chapter 12: Setting Site Preferences describes how to set preferences for a site in Lasso Professional Server including syntax, file extension, session, and Java settings.
• Chapter 13: Setting Up Datasources describes how to configure data sources for use with Lasso including configuring hosts, databases, tables, and fields.
• Chapter 14: Setting Up Security describes the methodology of securing Lasso-based Web sites using Lasso Security.
• Chapter 15: Site Utilities documents the utilities in Site Administration including the SQL browser, email queue, event queue, error logging, LassoApps, and cache control sections.
• Chapter 16: Building and Browsing Databases documents the Lasso Database Browser which allows browsing data from any Lasso-compatible database and building MySQL and SQLite databases.
